As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans.
• Offering individual and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing clients' emotional well-being and personal development.
• Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Providing teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual interaction.
• Maintaining detailed and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with organizational policies.
• Participating in ongoing professional development workshops and training to refine your clinical skills and remain updated on industry best practices.

Your work will span a diverse patient population, focusing primarily on individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and recovery. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate life changes, build resilience, and develop coping strategies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to build trusting relationships with clients.
• An empathetic, nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences, combined with a genuine desire to support their healing journeys.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities to efficiently manage your caseload and administrative duties.

Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to diverse populations is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy methodologies and tools is advantageous, as is any additional training in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities. Experience working with addiction counseling is also a plus, as it complements our mission to provide comprehensive care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
