Opportunity:

Advanced Practice - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)


Job Details:

  • Locum Tenens CRNA coverage needed across multiple weeks with varying staffing levels

  • Ongoing need with potential for additional dates beyond currently scheduled weeks

  • Must be board certified at minimum Certified level

  • Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS

  • Expected surgical types include cardiac, complete orthopedic, complex vascular, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic procedures

  • General anesthesia required for both adult and pediatric patients

  • Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia administration required

  • Obstetrical case management required

  • Open heart anesthesia experience required

  • Thoracic and complex vascular case experience required

  • Complex orthopedic case experience required

  • Pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocks required

  • Epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions required

  • Transforaminal procedures for lumbar and cervical regions required

  • Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks required

  • Ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/BP issues required

  • Central line, arterial line, and PA catheter placement required

  • Independent practice without CRNA supervision required
