Job description


Position : Upcoming or New Grad RN, Various Units & Shifts
Location: Main Campus (Chillicothe) or any of our Critical Access Hospitals (Waverly, Greenfield or Washington Court House)
Required work week: Varies (FT and PT opportunities exist)
Position Summary: The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient's plan of care; while creating an atmosphere that supports our mission to care, to heal, to educate. The Staff Nurse, RN as the primary care giver provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The incumbent has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others. The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
  • New or Upcoming RN Graduate from an accredited program in Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within three years from the date of hire.
  • Registered Nurse with current Ohio license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
