About This Role

The New Grad RN Resident position at Cleveland Clinic’s Mercy Hospital is ideal for recent nursing graduates seeking to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment. This role focuses on developing nursing skills in a Neuro Medical Telemetry Unit while working alongside experienced coaches.

What You'll Do
  • Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
  • Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
  • Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
  • Initiate and/or maintain interventions to assure continuity of safe/effective care for patients.
  • Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
