Position Overview:
MLR.org is seeking a skilled Med-Surg RN to become part of our vibrant healthcare team in Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver top-notch care in a supportive, collaborative environment while working with patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care processes.
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Deliver patient-centered care in the med-surg and telemetry units.
  • Monitor vital signs and telemetry for changes, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Active Idaho RN license.
  • Certification: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
