Med-Surg/Registered Nurse
Join our dynamic healthcare team in beautiful Jackson, WY, as a Med-Surg RN. Position Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions, document changes, and update individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges across med-surg and telemetry units
  • Monitor vital signs and telemetry readings, ensuring prompt interventions
  • Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as ordered
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to coordinate patient-centered care
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Wyoming
  • BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred.
  • 1 years of med-surg or acute care experience preferred, though not required.
