Inside Sales Representative - HVAC & Plumbing - $50K-$75K Earning Potential

At Danco Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we're looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Waco, TX. This is a phone-based role focused on booking service and sales appointments while earning a strong base pay plus performance-based commissions.

Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No nights or weekends)

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (6-8 calls per hour)
  • Book service, maintenance, replacement, and plumbing appointments
  • Follow proven scripts and frameworks to qualify leads and overcome objections
  • Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience
  • Accurately document activity in ServiceTitan
  • Meet monthly booking and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience (preferred)
  • HVAC or home services experience is a big plus
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
