Job description

Labor Solutions is currently hiring for Digital Operator We are looking for candidates with experience in distribution, experience in fulfillment and quality preferred. We are only looking for candidates interested in a long-term opportunity with a strong cultured team. There will be first, second and third shift opportunities.

  • Hours: 1st shift: Monday -Friday 8AM-4:30PM with a 30 min lunch break
  • Pay: $20-$23

(Digital Operator) Job Responsibilities:

  • Start and safely maintain digital print equipment individually, and with the help of virtual, over the phone and in person support technicians.
  • Read and understand job related production requirements communicated through job production ticket and job, department. And plant-wide standard operating procedures.
  • Safely locate, transport, and load paper and other consumables and replacement parts.
  • The ability to operate other digital print related equipment including, but not limited to hydraulic paper cutters, Duplo cut sheet finishing system, laminator, small folding machines, paper punch and binding systems, push carts and pallet moving devices, and other bindery equipment.
  • Coordinate with shipping, supply inventory codes to products, pick and pull products for Shipping and for jobs in process within the plant. Perform daily inventory counts and monthly cycle counts to ensure counts are current and correct.

(Digital Operator) Requirements

  • Use hands to finger, handle materials, and feel.
  • Stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Have specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Stand for prolonged periods of time – up to 8 hours or more per day.
  • Must regular lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequent lift and/or move 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move up to 60 pounds.
