Virtual Patient Monitoring Assistant Jobs in Nevada

This role is embedded within our integrative primary care model, partnering closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered mental health care. The Pediatric PMHNP will play a critical role in diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and advancing comprehensive, team-based behavioral health services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a PMHNP at Zarminali, you will focus on:

• Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
• Medication Management: Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications in collaboration with families and the integrated care team.
• Patient Population: Provide care primarily to patients ages 5-18
• Whole-Child Mental Health: Support emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing through early identification, evidence-based psychiatric care, and prevention-focused interventions.
• Family Engagement & Education: Partner with caregivers to provide education, guidance, and shared decision-making around diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, integrated, and holistic care.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Active NV APRN and ANCC Board Certification 
• 2+ years of outpatient experience and able to function with autonomy 
• Current and unrestricted medical license in Nevada 
• DEA license 
• Experience evaluating and treating pediatric psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, integrated care setting that values coordination between physical and behavioral health

Zarminali Pediatrics is a national organization, and compensation is determined using market-informed data, including industry benchmarks. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location, local market conditions, state-specific factors, and individual qualifications, including years of experience, education, and scope of responsibility. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
