Support store success by executing inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and operational processes with accuracy and efficiency. As an Operations Teammate, you play a critical role in maintaining product availability, pricing accuracy, signage standards, and overall store readiness to deliver a seamless athlete experience. Whether working behind the scenes or on the sales floor, you help keep the store organized, athlete-ready, and aligned to brand standards. As part of a high-performing, team-first environment, you bring energy, discipline, and teamwork to every shift, helping meet athlete needs through strong execution and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
  • Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes. Collaborate with sales teammates across the store to identify athlete needs and provide a personalized experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
