Other responsibilities include leading the operational systems readiness (SKU creation, pricing tables, automated billing, and contracting compliance) for product divestitures and acquisitions. The successful candidate will establish guidelines and processes enabled within TR's system infrastructure to ensure strategic packaging and pricing configurations are seamlessly translated into TR's billing, ordering and technology systems (SAO/Salesforce/CPQ) with zero operational disruption to the order-to-cash cycle.

This role requires close collaboration with product, segment partners, product marketing, customer to cash, sales, marketing, technology, and finance areas. The successful candidate is required to react with speed and agility in our ever-evolving world and manage changing timelines, multiple priorities, deliverables, and uncertainty. Strong commercial thought leadership, business partnership, problem solving skills, and the capability to influence while building effective relationships across geographically disbursed teams is critical. This position resides in Revenue Operations & Management organization and reports to the Director of Commercial Transformation and Operations.

  • Drive simplification and standardization mindset

  • Determine relevant stakeholders to involve in the end-to-end operational flow conversations

  • Work with team to determine if technology development will be required to support proposed operational model

  • Lead conversations in regards to existing customers - if/when to migrate to TR tech stack, if/when to migrate to product/pricing model, if/when to migrate to TR contracts, etc.

  • Document Operational Readiness action items and hold team accountable to deliverables and timelines

About You

You're a fit for the role of Operational Readiness Manager if your background includes:

  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience mapping complex system workflows, database integrations, and legacy platform migrations

  • Strong knowledge of commercial constructs, pricing methodologies, and packaging best practices

  • Strong project management skills related to planning and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from the initial ideation through to completion, adhering to specified timelines and budget

  • Proven leadership of results-oriented virtual teams - requiring strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset, partnering with others to develop solutions

  • Ability to deploy influencing techniques to drive cross-functional alignment and change across broad audience

  • Strong communication and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment of change, with strong organizational and time management skills
