Job description

Elevate Your Career: Become a Regional Operations Manager at GardaWorld!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level within GardaWorld? As a Regional Operations Manager supporting a key client, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our service delivery standards. In this dynamic role, you will travel across an assigned geography to various sites for this client, conducting quality assurance audits to ensure all sites meet or exceed GardaWorld's high standards.

This position offers a chance to work closely with local GardaWorld staff, implementing action plans based on your findings and driving continuous improvement. You will be at the forefront of maintaining compliance and quality assurance, investigating and resolving any substandard or non-compliant activities, and preparing detailed audit reports. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our service delivery and client satisfaction.
Your Pay and Work Location:
  • Work Location: Remote
  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some extended hours and weekend work may be required)
  • Travel: Travel expectations vary; up to 40-50% of the time can be expected to be on the road.
  • Competitive Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Your Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
    • Ensure programs, policies, and practices meet client standards and expectations for service delivery.
    • Maintain compliance and quality assurance standards, ensuring that Amazon sites consistently meet key performance indicators and metrics.
    • Conduct regular audits of Amazon sites within your responsibility.
    • Investigate substandard, at-risk, or non-compliant accounts or activities. Provide resolution recommendations to branch or account stakeholders, escalate issues as needed, and report them to the Strategic Account Director.
    • Prepare audit reports, including contract compliance related to training records, uniform compliance, and client-specific policies.
    • Identify and analyze deficiencies and draft reports based on assigned sites and other audits.
  • Customer Service and Feedback
    • Develop, recommend, or implement programs to gather customer feedback, improve site staff's technical and customer service skills, address customer inquiries, and resolve service-related concerns when possible.
    • Regularly interact with local loss prevention clients and national clients, both in person and virtually.
    • Prepare and present audit findings through various channels, including in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and email communication.
  • Training and Development
    • Help deliver necessary branch training related to client-specific policies and procedures.
  • Role Flexibility
    • Attend meetings and take on ad-hoc assignments to support corporate and strategic account objectives and goals.
    • Perform other related duties as needed and assigned.

Your Experience:
  • At least one year of experience in a GardaWorld Client Services Manager (CSM) role or a similar position within the security industry.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency with WinTeam.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with fulfillment centers are preferred but not required. This will be covered in the training for the Regional Operations Manager role.
