Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional to support a wide range of technology needs across their organization. The role involves troubleshooting, managing networks, and maintaining reliable IT systems while providing technical support to end users and contributing to ongoing IT operations and improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for employees, workstations, laptops, printers, phones, and other office technology
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Support and maintain VMware virtual environments
• Assist with server administration, backups, updates, and monitoring
• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and network cabling
• Set up, image, repair, and maintain desktop and laptop computers
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and access controls
• Install, configure, and support business applications and operating systems
• Document issues, resolutions, procedures, and system changes
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices, antivirus tools, patching, and endpoint protection
• Work with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to resolve technical problems
• Help plan and complete IT upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements
• Respond to urgent IT issues and provide timely, professional support
