Who we're looking for:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Support, the Operations Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across Rogers Care.ย 

Location: We are open to hire for our Calgary, Edmonton, Burnaby, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Fredericton, Moncton, Halifax, Brampton, Toronto, Montreal or Saskatoon location.

What you'll do:ย 

  • Assist in the development and automation of performance and operational reports.
  • Analyze key data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support business reviews by preparing insights, talking points, and recommendations that inform leadership discussions and decisions.
  • Develop concise summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials that clearly communicate performance drivers, root causes, and recommended actions.
  • Contribute to optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Operations Support team to evaluate call performance and operational processes.
  • Recommend cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives and performance targets.ย 

You bring strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a solid understanding of operational challenges. Your insights and recommendations will help improve processes, support strategic decisions, and elevate the overall customer experience.

What you bring:ย 

  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such asย 
    • SQL
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Business Intelligence tools (eg. Tableau and PowerBI)
  • Proficiency in analyzing extensive datasets and identifying trends to extracting meaningful insights
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and optimize complex business processes using process modeling techniques to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen, including awareness of the competitive landscape and knowledge of call center operations, including demand and capacity management
  • Proficient analytical, problem-solving, planning, process, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
