• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.

• A current and valid license in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and connect with clients effectively in a remote setting.
• A strong capacity for empathy, demonstrating a genuine understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently conduct therapy sessions and manage documentation from a remote environment.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting is preferred, demonstrating adaptability in using digital tools for therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems for maintaining clinical documentation.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
