Registered Nurse – Texarkana, TX

We are actively hiring Registered Nurses across multiple departments, with a focus on Orthopedics, IMC/MedSurg, and the Emergency Department. Whether you're looking for a day or night shift, we offer roles that fit your schedule and expertise. We also welcome applicants with experience or interest in other nursing specialties throughout our organization.

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift Options: Day & Night Shift Available

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $29.03 – $46.40/hour (based on 1–20 years of experience)
  • Shift Differentials (stackable):
  • Evening: $3.50/hour
  • Night: $4.50/hour
  • Weekend: $2.50/hour
  • Emergency Department Differential: $8.00/hour
  • Relocation: $2,500–$5,000 available to candidates commuting more than 75 miles; approved on a case-by-case basis

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience
  • ED positions require previous emergency nursing experience
  • Current Texas RN license or compact state equivalent
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required (department-specific certifications may apply)
