4- 10 hour shifts or 5- 8 hour shifts to support clinic demand
Inpatient & Oncology experience preferred
The role of the Inpatient Nurse Liaison is bridge patients from inpatient hospital services to outpatient clinic services. This RN will provide case management support to both outpatient and inpatient coordination needs. Supporting providers as they manage patient consultations, provide introductory chemotherapy teaches to patients, and coordinate and schedule Inpatient chemotherapy admissions.
Pay Range:
$35.50 - $53.25
Sign-on bonus eligible. Based on eligibility.

We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Two years of experience in an acute care nursing that includes experiences in oncology.
  • Inpatient experience & case management skills helpful
What You'll Do:
  • Oncology RN that will be bridging the gap with patients who are admitted and consulted by our Hematology/Oncology team and the outpatient needs of the clinic.
  • It involves Chemotherapy teaching, setting up admissions for Inpatient Chemo, and scheduling appointments for follow up.
  • This candidate will be helping to manage/coordinate the care of the consultations by placing and following up with referrals.
