The role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while enjoying the flexibility of a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have access to our advanced digital tools for conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining client records, ensuring a seamless workflow.

• Conduct individual video therapy sessions focused on evidence-based practices tailored to adult clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to create integrated treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor client progress with outcome-based assessments and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly to optimize treatment efficacy.
• Document session notes and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Respond to clients' inquiries and provide support outside of scheduled sessions as necessary, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive environment that respects and acknowledges individual experiences and challenges. The innovative nature of our telehealth services allows us to reach those who may have previously lacked access to mental health care.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related mental health field is mandatory; a Master’s degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• Active independent licensure in the state of Florida (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW required).
• Minimum of two years of experience post-licensure in a mental health counseling role.
• Proficient understanding of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy principles and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships and engage clients meaningfully.
• Adaptability to utilize technological platforms for therapy delivery and client management effectively.

• One year of experience providing CBT therapy with demonstrated positive client outcomes is highly valued.
• Experience with outcome measurement tools and their integration into the therapeutic process.
• Exposure to working in diverse settings dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, particularly in a telehealth model.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, accompanied by attractive performance-based bonuses.
