Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Active licensure in New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • Strong client-focused skills with the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet each client’s unique background and needs.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital tools to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience required is two years in a clinical setting, we value candidates who have previous experience in telehealth or have worked with specific populations, such as children or individuals with trauma backgrounds.
