- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to excel without direct supervision, take initiative to improve processes and to learn new skills and programs Responsibilities: - Design and implement curriculum that meets standards and ensures student achievement. - Plan and carry out synchronous and asynchronous instructional activities that provide a positive and engaging experience for students and ensure that all students' needs are met for your subject area. - Clearly articulate deadlines, schedules, and procedures to students and parents to ensure that the planned curriculum is completed.

- Provide technical support to students and parents when necessary to ensure they have access to the material. - Ensure that student achievement and growth is consistent and appropriate for your subject area and age group. - Provide appropriate feedback on student work.

- Assess feedback from students and parents and staff regarding online courseware and online courses. - Monitor students' progress and achievement to implement necessary interventions. - Collaborate with the parents, teacher of record and administration to ensure all relevant information is shared.
