Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to balance your professional obligations with personal life effectively. Our team values flexibility, encouraging you to set a schedule that works best for you while maintaining regular office hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As part of a community health clinic, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering comprehensive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms, adapting your approach to meet each client's individual needs and circumstances.
• Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies and navigating their emotional challenges through evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate treatment planning and manage client progress while maintaining detailed records in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and uphold ethical treatment standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Eagle Rock Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your work will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their mental health, enhancing their overall quality of life and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active independent license to practice therapy in Virginia (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy, treatment planning, and delivering care in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Experience working within a community health or similar clinic environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
