Senior Terraform AWS/Azure AMI Developer.
San Antonio, TX (Hybrid).
Duration: 12-month plus contract opportunity
Expected to Start at June 1st.
Hiring : 2-Rounds of Technical screening

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Hashi Corp Packer for AMI builds and automation of image workflows.
Advanced skills in Terraform for infrastructure code development and maintenance.
Proficient with AWS EC2, Azure VMs, and CI/CD tools (Harness, ArgoCD, DuploCloud, AWS Code Pipeline).
Development experience in Python, JavaScript, Ansible, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
Deep understanding of Windows, Amazon Linux, and Red Hat Linux operating systems.
Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and collaborating with Cloud SMEs and application teams.
Proficient with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Bicep for advanced VM automation.
Good understanding of Azure Cloud, particularly Managed Images, VM creation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Strong development skills in PowerShell (Azure PowerShell Modules, Azure CLI) and Terraform (Azure RM provider).
Knowledge of Azure Image Builder service for custom VM image creation pipelines.
Understanding of Azure Policies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Managed Identities for secure automation.
Familiarity with scaling VMSS (Virtual Machine Scale Sets) and Auto-scaling configurations.
Strong Windows OS administration and scripting skills.
Must Have :
