Job description

Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full Time | 100% Onsite

Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00am–3:30pm

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:30pm

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am

  • Weekend: 3x12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours

Relocation: Assistance considered on a case-by-case basis


Position Overview:

Operate and support CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components. Run multiple machines, inspect parts to tight tolerances, follow established programs, and support daily production requirements in a regulated, quality-driven environment.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines in a production setting

  • Run multiple machines simultaneously

  • Inspect parts to precise tolerances using precision measuring tools

  • Read and interpret blueprints

  • Follow established CNC programs and work instructions

  • Support production goals and maintain quality standards


Must-Have Qualifications:
