• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's relational dynamics, emotional struggles, and therapeutic needs, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, with clear, achievable goals tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Implement family systems theory and utilize systemic interventions to help clients navigate relationship dynamics, improve communication, and address family stressors.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients' safety and well-being during challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate electronic records, documenting progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients on communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to foster their emotional health and relationship quality.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, including referrals to specialized services as required.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of advances in telehealth practices and marriage and family therapy.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various relational and emotional challenges. • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas, in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in virtual interactions with clients.
• Commitment to ethical, confidential, and client-centered therapeutic practices.
• Experience working independently in a remote setting, showcasing strong self-management skills.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling to meet clients' diverse needs across various time zones.

• Experience in a virtual therapy setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes through telehealth.
• Prior work with specific populations such as children, couples, or those dealing with trauma is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and ability to integrate these into practice.
