Full Time Caregiver Field Supervisor

As a Caregiver Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients while also overseeing a team of caregivers. This position will include site visits, training new staff and completing a formal

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional client care

  • Conduct client assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and monitor client outcomes

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and medical professionals

  • Conduct home visits and observe caregiver performance to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care activities, including progress notes, medication administration, and other relevant information

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on process improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role

  • 2+ years of experience in senior care, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization

  • Must have reliable transportation and DL

  • Active CNA, HHA or LPN license preferred in Massachusetts

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
