Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hourly Rate: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking in person AND virtual licensed Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in the Memphis, Tennessee area. This position involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students within school settings. Clinical supervision and ongoing training are provided for eligible candidates. Interviews are now taking place with a scheduled start date of August 3rd, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
  • Hours per week: Full-time school-based hours
  • Contract length: August 2026 – May 2027

• Key Duties:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
  • Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
  • Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress

Requirements

• Education

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

• Licenses & Certifications

  • Required: Tennessee Department of Education License
  • Required: Tennessee Department of Health Board License

Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments
  • Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
