Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms, emphasizing a holistic approach tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments that honor each client’s goals, cultural background, and life experiences.
• Provide compassionate support and therapeutic interventions designed to help clients effectively manage and overcome emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, if necessary, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, contributing to effective client care and organizational accountability.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with clinical developments, treatment methodologies, and emerging trends in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, ranging from children to adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active Virginia state license as a Professional Counselor is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and document progress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• A commitment to ethical practices and a strong sense of personal and professional integrity.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a community health or outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
