Active DOD security clearance required.
The Prospective Group (TPG) is looking for a Verification amp; Triage Division (VTD) Analyst to conduct open-source research in support of the Facilities Clearance Branch and prepare business assessments. The VTD Analyst shall meet the following:
Qualifications:
  • Produce business assessments and source packages related to FCL eligibility, foreign ownership, control, or Influence (FOCI) or other business vulnerabilities.
  • Review and analyze corporate documents submitted by companies entering or participating in the NISP.
  • Perform other open-source research to identify discrepancies, omissions, verify FOCI and identify risk indicators.
  • Ability to conduct all-source, business related research and analysis using government databases and other tools.
Position Requirements:
  • Experience in writing analytic reports based on review and application of critical thinking skills towards complex hierarchal structures and relationships.
  • Basic understanding of international dynamics in relation to U.S. security concerns
  • Degree in Business (Management/Finance/Entrepreneurship/Law/Administration) or International Business
  • Experience with security vulnerability assessments
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and complex business structures
  • Experience performing open source/due diligence research.
  • Business related research and analysis
  • Experience with various research databases and tools: Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Orbis, etc.
  • Experience analyzing supply chain risk management.
Position Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
