Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods to a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' mental health needs.
• Utilize digital therapeutic tools and software to maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care approaches tailored to clients' overall well-being.
• Stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health care and engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Participate in virtual team meetings to discuss case management, share resources, and enhance collaborative efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, tailored to a telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing counseling services across a range of issues, particularly with adult and adolescent clients.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital health technologies.
• Background in crisis intervention or crisis management.
