Job Description The Lead Manager E-Commerce has the opportunity to join the Digital Team that is chartered with leading the transformation of marketing to business customers. This is an exciting time for the candidate that relishes a fast paced industry and an ever-changing industry. The Digital Team has a 'Culture of Testing' and is looking for experienced digital marketers who can decipher digital-customer-behavior and then move very quickly to create concepts that can be launched, tested and optimized. This 'Culture' means the only failures are those where somebody fails to adapt. But clearly digital marketing is far more than data and testing. Success comes when we make an experience easier and more valuable for our customers โ€“ and oftentimes digital can enable that in very creative ways! Qualifications Minimum, required skill-set for the Lead Manager E-Commerce candidate should include: Have understanding of digital-specific marketing experience. This could include E-Commerce, website management, social media/marketing, digital program/development management, SEO, SEM and digital advertising strategy. Understanding of standard digital-reporting methodologies; demonstrate a track record of using data to challenge the status quo โ€“ and then creating insight-driven messaging, creative and programs. Proficiency with current E-Commerce practices and industry trends. Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication and planning skills. Comfort, proficiency and excitement to work in an open-seating team environment that regularly changes.
