LETS Therapy | Incoming 2026-2027 School Year | Multiple Openings | Full-Time or Part-Time Caseload Available
Did you know? Strong literacy skills can change the trajectory of a student's academic journey. LETS Therapy is looking for Certified Wilson Reading Instructors to provide structured literacy support to students through virtual services for the upcoming school year.

We're seeking Wilson Reading Instructors who are passionate about helping students strengthen their reading skills through evidence-based instruction. Providers will work with students with diverse learning needs by implementing individualized literacy instruction and collaborating with families and school teams to support student success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Active Wilson Reading Systemยฎ Certification (at least Level I)
  • Current PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprint)
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide individualized literacy instruction and support student growth
  • Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education Special Education and/or Reading Specialist certifications are nice to have but not required
