Your Role:

As an Anatomy & Physiology Instructor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the academic success of nursing students. You will implement the college's mission and curriculum while designing engaging, student-centered lesson plans that foster curiosity, understanding, and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging Instruction & Curriculum Delivery: Deliver dynamic and interactive lectures, incorporating multimedia tools, case studies, and real-world applications to deepen student understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Student Support & Remediation: Identify students who need additional academic support and provide targeted tutoring, office hours, and personalized learning plans to help them succeed.
  • Academic Mentorship & Success Coaching: Foster a supportive learning environment by mentoring students, guiding them through complex concepts, and encouraging academic integrity and professional development in preparation for their healthcare careers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Science required with credits in Anatomy & Physiology.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $69,000 - $72,000. Compensation is subject to change at the sole discretion of the institution, based on institutional needs.
