Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Systems Administrator III to help foster the design, management, and optimization of our end‑user computing environment. In this role, you will drive endpoint architecture and user experience, oversee device lifecycle programs, support enterprise security objectives, and serve as a technical escalation point for our global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architecture, configuration, and governance of Windows and macOS endpoint environments.
  • Own enterprise endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM/SCCM, Jamf) and drive modern device‑management initiatives.
  • Oversee the full device lifecycle including planning, procurement, provisioning, refresh, and decommissioning.
  • Serve as Tier3 escalation point and mentor junior team members.
  • Manage endpoint security controls including EDR, patch compliance, encryption, and configuration hardening.
  • Administer advanced identity and access management tasks across Active Directory, AzureAD (Entra), and Microsoft365.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to implement secure and scalable endpoint standards.
  • Lead endpoint‑related projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise endpoint management.
  • Advanced expertise with Windows10/11, Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, and/or Jamf.
  • Thorough understanding of identity and access management – AD, AzureAD (Entra), Conditional Access.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft365 administration and endpoint security tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed; participation in on‑call rotation required.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong background supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or other DaaS platforms.
  • Experience with modern device management and zero‑touch deployment strategies.
  • PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
  • Experience coaching or mentoring team members.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
