TITLE: Virtual Care Integration Nurse Manager

DEPT: Virtual Nursing

LOCATION: Cox Building

SHIFT/HOURS: Full-time; 80 hrs/pp

The Virtual Care Integration- Nurse Manager has 24/7 accountability for the leadership, operational management, and clinical oversight of a team of virtual nurses and unlicensed caregivers who support patient care across the health system. This leader ensures the successful integration of virtual nursing services into the care delivery model, optimizing patient outcomes, caregiver experience, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The nurse manager collaborates with nursing operations, clinical informatics, digital health and technology, physicians and advanced practice providers to evolve and continuously improve virtual care workflows that enhance acute care at the bedside while supporting organizational goals.

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; MSN preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Registered Nurse License in the State of Ohio

Nursing Leadership Certification preferred  

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job-related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum of three years progressive leadership experience
Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A
Preferred experience: Inpatient acute care leadership experience
Other experience requirements: Familiarity with hospital operations, electronic health records, and healthcare technology
