We are actively looking for In Home Sales Representatives to join our team!
Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field.
This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,000 after 3-week training completion and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Running appointments
  • Performing ride-along appointments
  • Conducting roof & attic inspections
  • Attending weekly sales meetings
  • Continued training with teammates
  • Ensuring an excellent customer service experience
