Position Summary:

As an HVAC Apprentice, youโ€™ll work alongside seasoned HVAC technicians to install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation and service of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs
  • Learn to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and service vehicle
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
  • Communicate respectfully and clearly with team members and customers
  • Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driverโ€™s license
  • Good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Must be punctual and dependable
