Job Description Position Summary ECS is seeking a Training Development Specialist - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing comprehensive training curricula that align with TRADOC/T2COM standards and meet the operational needs of ARNG G6 systems and applications. This position involves leading curriculum updates in response to product and software releases, ensuring that all training materials are current and mission-aligned.

The specialist will also develop instructional strategies for both in-person and virtual training delivery, contributing significantly to the program's success by maintaining high-quality, compliant training resources. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities * Design and develop enterprise training curricula for ARNG G6 systems and applications.

* Produce instructor-led training (ILT) materials, including courseware, student guides, and job aids. * Lead curriculum updates to align with new product releases and software updates. * Develop structured instructional strategies for both in-person and virtual training delivery.

* Conduct course evaluations and integrate learner feedback to enhance training effectiveness. * Ensure training materials remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with mission objectives. * Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain training relevance to current operational environments.

Required Skills Required Qualifications * Clearance: Secret Eligible required * S. Citizenship required * Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in designing and maintaining enterprise training programs within DoD or Federal environments.

* Demonstrated experience in producing ILT materials and structured lesson plans aligned with TRADOC/T2COM standards. * Proven experience in leading curriculum updates in coordination with system and software releases. * Experience in developing instructional strategies for both in-person and virtual delivery methods.

* Ability to conduct course evaluations and integrate feedback to ensure training accuracy and compliance. Desired Skills Desired Qualifications * Clearance: Active Secret preferred * Familiarity with ARNG G6 systems and applications. * Experience working within the Army National Guard or similar DoD environments.
