Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments through virtual teletherapy encounters, accurately evaluating patients' mental health statuses.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, gathering detailed patient medical histories and examination results to inform treatment planning.

• Design, implement, and modify personalized behavioral health treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, continually monitoring progress and adapting approaches as necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, including sensitive data related to mental health assessments, treatment outcomes, and ongoing notes, complying with confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Skyrise, you will work closely with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interactions with patients and team members.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a solid understanding of contemporary evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, enhancing communication with a broader patient demographic.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical software that facilitate patient assessment and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits
