Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual assessments and individual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing technology to connect with patients.
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, documenting medical history and status examination findings through systematic methods for accurate diagnosis.
• Collaboration with the behavioral health team to create and execute personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, ensuring effective therapeutic support.
• Maintain meticulous records of sensitive patient information, including treatment progress and responses to interventions, adhering to privacy guidelines.
• Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field by engaging in continuous education and adopting evidence-based practices into therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated aptitude in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to maintaining an up-to-date understanding of evidence-based psychosocial interventions and therapeutic practices.
• Proficient in operating electronic clinical systems and EHR platforms to streamline patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued, enhancing communication with a broader patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits
