Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive counseling services, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to individual clients' needs.
  • Overseeing and supervising junior therapists and interns, ensuring quality care is delivered and facilitating their professional growth.
  • Conducting case management, advocacy, and connecting clients to relevant community resources to support their welfare.
  • Participating in a shared on-call rotation and providing weekend and holiday coverage, ensuring continuous client care.
  • Engaging in ongoing training, peer supervision, and personal development in alignment with agency requirements and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of a diverse range of individuals hailing from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
  • Licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
  • A clean record with no history of Medical Malpractice Claims, validated by a third party.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with:
