Job description

Position OverviewThe Clinical Coordinator LPN - Virtual Health assists in the coordination of daily operations and promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care. Functions as a clinical resource and role model, coordinates staff assignments, identifies potential problems, ensures compliance with regulatory standards and participates in Quality Improvement activities, under the direction of the System Program Manager of Virtual Health & Digital Transformation and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, United Health Services and the Nursing Division Policies and Philosophy.

$22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

  • A graduate of an accredited licensed practical nurse program

Preferred:

  • Two (2) years clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in an acute care or ambulatory setting


License/Certification

Minimum Required:

  • Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • CPR certification within 3 months of hire
