In this position, you will be responsible for promoting a product to specialty healthcare providers in an assigned territory. The Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining adoption and utilization of the product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone
Advance listening and decision-making skills
Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience
Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience
