THE ROLE

First impressions happen in seconds — and as a Virtual Receptionist at NoGigiddy, you are that impression. You'll be the friendly, professional voice (and keyboard) that greets clients, routes inquiries, and keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives on making other people's days easier. No fancy degree required — just good communication, reliability, and a professional attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails on behalf of NoGigiddy and partner clients in a courteous, professional manner

Screen and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send confirmation communications

Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on all open items

Maintain a virtual front desk presence during designated business hours

Update contact records and intake forms using our CRM tools

Handle a high volume of communications efficiently without sacrificing warmth or accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

No degree required

Prior customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
