Job description

Position Overview:
The position is a hybrid technical role bridging field service execution and engineering support. This position operates in the field supporting startups, complex service escalations, and advanced troubleshooting while also providing design feedback, application guidance, and technical training to both customers and internal sales and service teams.
This role is intended for a highly skilled technician or service engineer with strong engineering aptitude who can identify potential design or application issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills amp; Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in the HVAC/chiller industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on field service experience with industrial or commercial HVAC/R or thermal systems.
  • Strong understanding of chiller systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and energy management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to non-technical clients
  • Solid electrical and controls knowledge; ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience delivering technical training or mentoring is preferred.
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
