TEAM MEMBER OVERVIEW:
Burger King is hiring immediately for Team Members. Team members must enjoy working with people who take fast food seriously yet have fun preparing and serving it. Must be committed to working in the fast food industry, contributing to the collaborative spirit of the team, be energized by the opportunity to learn, grow, and explore your career potential in the fast food industry.
Team Member Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments as a cashier
  • Prepares and packages fast food and drink products
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
  • Maintains health and safety standards in restaurant work areas
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the restaurant brand and fast food menu items
  • Check food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the fast food is fresh and safe to serve
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Burger King Restaurants

Team Member Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment in the fast food industry
  • Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and Team Members
  • Willingness to learn all areas of fast food restaurant operations & work multiple stations
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Team Member Physical Demands
  • Mobility required during the entire shift
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
