Job description

Position Summary
The Field Marketing Specialist keeps OSV's field marketing engine running. This role partners with the Global Field Marketing Managers and broader marketing team to manage the logistics and on-the-ground execution of regional field events, trade shows, and related campaigns - ensuring that every program runs smoothly and supports the pipeline needed to hit quarterly targets. This is an execution-focused role: you're the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks while juggling multiple events and deadlines.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Event & Campaign Execution
  • Manage campaign setup, campaign member tracking, data augmentation, and list uploads in HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Build registration landing pages and confirmation emails
  • Provide pre- and post-event list support
  • Partner with Sales Operations to troubleshoot and remedy any data or process issues

Trade Show & Vendor Logistics
  • Order and manage trade show assets - booth materials, signage, print collateral, and swag - and track all shipments, keeping Global FMMs informed
  • Maintain swag inventory to ensure adequate stock across all trade shows; research and order custom swag as requested

Contracts, Budget & Reporting
  • Review and route event contracts and invoices, tracking status through completion, and keeping Global FMMs updated
  • Submit and track invoice status
  • Manage event budgets, logging estimates in a tracker, and updating actual expenses as they come in

Team & Systems Coordination
  • Keep the Monday.com events calendar current
  • Update tasks in Monday.com as work is completed
  • Keep the events page on OSV's website up to date
  • Flag risks early to Global FMMs and escalate when needed to Sr. Manager, Global Field Marketing, and help identify and act on solutions
