Marketing Events Manager

Location: Stamford, CT

About TouchCare

TouchCare is a high-growth healthcare technology and advocacy company transforming how employees navigate healthcare and benefits.

We are building a high-performance team of ambitious, accountable, growth-minded operators who thrive in fast-paced environments and want meaningful impact, visibility, and career growth.

This is not a slow-moving corporate environment. We move quickly, operate lean, and expect ownership.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused Marketing Events Manager to build and scale TouchCare's event marketing engine.

This role is for someone who thrives managing multiple moving priorities, enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, and can independently own events from concept through completion.

You will lead the planning, budgeting, logistics, execution, and ROI measurement across:

  • Conferences and trade shows
  • Broker and partner events
  • Executive dinners and networking experiences
  • Webinars and virtual events
  • Roadshows and client-facing experiences

This is not an "event coordinator" role. We are looking for a builder and operator who can execute at a high level with urgency, creativity, professionalism, and accountability.

What You'll Do
  • Own TouchCare's full event strategy and execution calendar
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, contracts, logistics, timelines, and onsite execution
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and Revenue Operations teams
  • Drive pipeline generation, engagement, and brand visibility through events
  • Create scalable event processes and operational workflows
  • Manage pre/post-event communication, reporting, and ROI analysis
  • Track pipeline impact, lead conversion, attendance, engagement, and event performance
  • Execute multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Who You Are
  • 5–7+ years of B2B event marketing or event management experience
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  • Strong operator with a bias toward execution and ownership
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and operational detail
  • Thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments
  • Strong communicator with executive presence
  • Energized by fast-moving environments and ambitious goals
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Why Join TouchCare?
  • High-growth healthcare technology company
  • Direct visibility to executive leadership
  • Strong career acceleration opportunity
  • Builder-style environment with real ownership
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, high-impact culture
