Job description

About TensorWave
Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.
About the Role
We're looking for a Social Content Creator (Shreditor) who is always on. You'll be on the ground at conferences, events, and inside the company, capturing the moments that make TensorWave feel real. You'll follow the founders, shadow the engineers, and show up wherever something worth filming is happening. You can shoot fast, edit fast, and you have an instinct for what people actually stop to watch.
What You'll Do
  • Follow founders, executives, and key team members to capture authentic, unscripted content
  • Shoot and edit short-form content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with quick turnaround
  • Cover conferences and events with same-day or next-day recap content
  • Develop a consistent posting rhythm that keeps TensorWave visible and human
  • Pitch and capture original content ideas that don't require a full production lift

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years creating short-form content for a brand, media company, or as an independent creator
  • Comfortable shooting on both iPhone and a mirrorless camera
  • Fast editor: CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or mixture/equivalent
  • Strong instincts for storytelling and what makes someone stop scrolling
  • Able to work quickly and independently in fast-moving environments
  • Comfortable and professional around executives and talent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience covering live events or conferences
  • Background in short documentary or run-and-gun production
  • Familiarity with AI, tech, or infrastructure topics
  • A genuine interest in AI and what's being built in this space

What We Offer
  • Stock Options
  • 100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for Employees
  • Company Health Savings Account Contributions
  • 100% paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance for Employees
  • Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options
  • Other Insurance Options, such as Pet & Legal Insurance
  • Various Supplementary Health Benefits, such as discounted Virtual Healthcare Appointments and Serious Illness Support
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • 401(k)
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Flexible PTO
  • Paid Holidays
  • Parental Leave
  • Other In-Office Perks
