Looking for flexibility and hands-on impact? At Centria's Life Skills Autism Academy, our Hybrid BCBA role offers the best of both worlds: the ability to work from home part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with families and clinical teams.

In this position, you'll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and center-based settings, supported by our clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Our mission is clear: deliver compassionate, evidence-based care during the most critical developmental window, so every child has the best chance to thrive.

Criteria for the Hybrid BCBA role includes weekly in-person supervision.

Compensation and Incentives:
  1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience). Let's Talk! We know that outstanding clinical quality is invaluable, and we are ready to compensate accordingly. We invite all applicants to share their salary expectations, and we are fully prepared to tailor a package that reflects your unique clinical experience and value.
  2. Signing bonus.
  3. Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!
