Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring all goals and interventions align with best practices.
• Monitor child development outcomes as an integral member of the intervention team, using data-driven approaches to adjust services accordingly.
• Offer evidence-based support and strategies to families, enabling them to foster their child's development in a nurturing environment.
• Build trusting relationships with children and their families, promoting a healthy learning environment that encourages growth and development.
• Adapt methods and treatments to meet the individual learning styles of each child, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies to facilitate learning and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest standards for the health and safety of all individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers, focusing on those with disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate home visits as required.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with children in early intervention services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in your work.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and family interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
